What is Click & Collect?
The ‘Click & Collect’ feature allows you to collect your order from any of our Click & Collect branches, depending on availability. Combining the convenience and ease of shopping online with our branch network and expert staff.

Which branches offer the Click & Collect service?
Almost all of our branches offer Click & Collect with the exception of those listed below. We’re sorry that we cannot offer next day collection at these branches because of their remote location.

What is the cut–off time for online orders for next day collection?
8pm is the cut–off time for all branches except for those listed below, when it is 6pm or unavailable.

How do I arrange for an item to be collected from a branch?
You need to place your order online in the usual way. Ensure you click the ‘move to collection basket’ icon against each item you wish to collect on the basket summary page.

By moving the items into your ‘Click & Collect’ basket within the basket page.

How do I check whether the items I want are available for collection at my local branch today?

Can I collect one item from my local branch and another from a different branch?
Products can only be collected from one branch per order. If you need to order products for collection at more than one branch, you would need to place each order separately, changing your ‘branch’ before continuing to order.

How long will it take for my order to be processed before I can pick up in branch?
Any order placed for collection before the cut–off time will be available for collection the next working day. If you place an order online after the branch cut–off time, your order will be picked and dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed after the cut–off time on a Thursday will be delivered on Monday. This is because stock is sent directly to your local branch from our main warehouse, unfortunately not all our branches are able to hold all the 10,000 products we stock online - this gives you greater choice for our Click & Collect service.
