2. On the order confirmation page, you’ll find a link to the Spot the Ball game and a unique PIN
3. Click on the link
4. Enter your unique PIN into the game and play
5. You’ll find out instantly if you’ve won £50

‘Spot The Ball’ Game Terms & Conditions

1. The Neweys Online Summer of Football ‘Spot The Ball’ promotion starts 2nd June 2010 and ends 12th July 2010.
2. The promotion instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotion applicable to UK, online only.
4. This promotion is not open to employees of Rexel UK Ltd (of which Newey & Eyre is a trading division) or any subsidiary or affiliate company (together the “Rexel Group”), their families, agents or any Government Department, Public Authority or Company whose trading terms expressly forbid such arrangements.
5. Prize is £50.
6. Player will know if they have won instantly.
7. All orders must be completed on www.neweysonline.co.uk and the terms and conditions must be adhered to at this stage.
8. Winners of the game will be contacted via telephone or email within 1 week of winning. Rexel may disqualify a winner if it has not managed to contact such winner within 1 week of its first attempt to do so.
9. Entrants agree that by entering the prize draw their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Rexel for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for marketing and sending offers and other information. Please read Rexel's privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.
10. The winner must as a condition of the prize participate in all required publicity. Rexel has the right to take photographs of the winner and to use those photographs and the name and images of the winner to publicise online, in e-mails and through any other media its products. Individuals should not enter the prize draw if they do not agree to this.
11. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, which are legally binding. Rexel reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries.
12. The winner’s name and county may only be disclosed upon request to anyone within one month after the published closing date. 13. No correspondence will be accepted or entered into in connection with the game other than that relating to the identity of the winner.
14. Promotion is open to bona-fide UK customers over the age of 18.
15. Rexel UK Ltd reserves the right to alter or withdraw this promotion at their discretion and without notice.
16. Entries including false details will be disregarded as will any that are automated or mechanically made. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. Rexel reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, check their identification and reject any entry on reasonable grounds.
17. In all matters of interpretation of these terms and conditions, the decision of Rexel UK Ltd is final.
18. The receipt of prizes and benefits may result in liability to income tax (and/or national insurance contributions) and/or corporation tax. It is the responsibility of all winners to declare any such liability to HM Revenue and Customs.

4. Entry into the prize draw will depend on competition question being correctly answered. Competition question will appear on order confirmation page.

9. There is no cash alternative to the prize on offer in whole or in part.

    • Last draw — 8pm (GMT) 12th July

    The winner of each draw will be the first entry (correctly answered) randomly selected by an independent observer whose decision shall be final and binding.

Free Football with orders over £50 – Terms & Conditions

1. The giveaway is provided by Rexel UK Limited t/a Newey & Eyre (“Rexel”) of Yardley Court, 11–12 Frederick Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1JD and Rexel includes all companies within its group of companies.
2. The customer is only required to spend over £50 exc VAT (not including delivery) on Neweys Online to receive the free Football.
3. Only the first order over £50 will qualify e.g. only one Football per person.
4. While stocks last.
5. All orders must be received by 8:00pm on 12th July 2010.
6. All Footballs will be sent out by the Neweys Online mailing house, no later than one week after the qualifying order has been placed and these will be sent in the post to the registered invoice address.
7. Entrants cannot be employees of Rexel any company with a Rexel trading account that has expressed a specific desire not to be included in such activity or their relatives or associated agents or employees of local authorities or local government organisations.
8. Rexel reserves the right to amend this promotion due to events or circumstances beyond its control and to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
9. The prizes allocated are non negotiable and not transferable. No cash or other alternative will be offered.
10. Rexel accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, damaged, delayed or mislaid howsoever caused.
