In continuation of its commitment to staying at the forefront of lighting technologies, Newey & Eyre Specialist Lamps have secured not one but two distribution agreements for world leading lighting ranges for use in the commercial and industrial sectors.
The dedicated division has been appointed as one of only four UK super distributors of Aura Light, the global market leader in long life lighting products. The result of intensive research and continuous development efforts, Aura long life lamps offer the worlds longest service life, a lifetime that is at least three times longer than standard products, and can also reduce energy consumption by 40 to 80 percent. Ensuring flexibility, these lamps cover T8 and T5 tubes, CFLs, Halogen Dichroics, and High Pressure Sodium ranges.
Offering customers further exclusive access to the latest technologies, Newey & Eyre Specialist Lamps has also been made sole UK distributor for Relux LED tubes. Made in the UK using world leading LED technology in both T8 and T5 sizes, this highly intelligent product provides five times the lamp life of a standard fluorescent tube while using half the energy consumption. These tubes ensure high quality and reliability, combining a consistent light output and colour performance, easy fit and a five year electronics warranty. Unlike many LED tubes the product is also fully harmonic compliant even below 25W, and there are specific models designed to operate in emergency mode.
Both ranges provide considerable added value for users. In terms of cost savings, an extra long life means avoiding the expense of frequent replacement, particularly in hard to access areas, as well as savings based on reduced energy consumption, resulting in the lowest possible operating costs for their lighting installation.
